Process of working with BitCore
At BitCore, our journey together begins with a vital step: signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
By signing the NDA, you’re not just agreeing to a piece of paper; you’re laying the foundation for a trustworthy partnership. It’s like putting a lock on a door to keep what’s inside safe. We respect your privacy, and this agreement is our way of assuring you that your digital secrets are in secure hands.
The scoping call is like a planning session. We want to know what your organization aims to achieve with cybersecurity, any challenges you’re facing, and what success looks like for you. This way, we can create a plan and estimate that fits your needs.
During this stage, we’ll begin testing within the agreed-upon timeframe. If we come across a critical security problem while testing, we will make sure to report it right away. This quick communication helps us fix any big issues as soon as possible, keeping everything safe.
We’ll be sending you a report with all the issues we found during our testing and tips on how to fix them. It’s important for you to go through the report with your tech and boss teams. Write down anything you want to talk about or things that might be a bit confusing, as we will discuss in the next phase.
We’re going to have a call where we’ll talk about the report we sent you. During this call, we’ll go through everything in the report and answer any questions you have. If there’s anything you wrote down or want to discuss from the report, this is the time to do it. Our goal is to make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable with the findings.
Once you’ve fixed everything we mentioned in the report, you can decide if you want us to check it again – kind of like a double-check. But don’t worry, we won’t test everything again, just the stuff you fixed. We’ll also look around those fixed things to make sure nothing else got accidentally broken while you were fixing them. It’s like making sure everything is in good shape after the fixes. Your call if you want this extra check!
Now that we’ve done the retest, we’ll send you another report. This one will have info on the things we checked again after you fixed them. Take a look with your tech and boss teams. If there’s anything you want to talk about or find confusing, write it down. We’ll discuss it in our next phase.
